Ginger Pitts, the Waterford Place property manager, works to help residents with any needs they may have. Helping residents is really her favorite part of the job. She’s from Lavonia, Georgia, and her favorite restaurant in Athens is Marti’s at Midday. She has two wonderful children that keep her very busy.
